Before opening, store insulin pens and vials in the fridge between 2°C and 8°C. Once opened, most insulin can be stored at room temperature, ideally below 25°C, but must be used within a few weeks. 

Trulicity pens should be stored in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C and must not be frozen. If needed, they can be kept at room temperature below 30°C for up to 14 days. Learn more here!
