⌛ Built-in battery life is 4–8 hours depending on the intensity level. Adjustable power intensity levels (1–4) allow you to balance cooling performance and battery life.

Cooling Duration with Biogel Passive Cooling

🌡️ Mild Conditions (30°C): The Pioneer PRO mini fridge keeps your medications at refrigerated temperature (2–8°C) for up to 32 hours, and cool under 26°C for up to 52 hours.

🌡️ Hot Conditions (35°C): The Pioneer PRO mini fridge keeps your medications at refrigerated temperature (2–8°C) for up to 30 hours, and cool under 26°C for up to 48 hours.

How to Use the Pioneer PRO Smart Mini Fridge for Insulin & GLP1 Medications

🔋 Electric Cooling Mode

(USB Lid with Built-In Battery or External Power)

This is the most powerful and versatile cooling mode, ideal for extended travel, flights, hotel stays, power cuts, and daily use.

How to use:

1️⃣ Place your insulin pens, GLP-1 medications, or vials inside the aluminium cooling tube

2️⃣ Close the unit using the smart USB lid

3️⃣ Power the fridge using the built-in 10,000 mAh battery or any external USB power source

4️⃣ Set your desired storage temperature between 2°C and 25°C using the keypad

❄️ Biogel Cool Pack Mode

(Passive Cooling – No Power Required)

Ideal for off-grid travel, long flights, emergencies, or any time electricity isn’t available.

How to prepare and use:

1️⃣ Prepare the Biogel cooling pack
Shake it firmly 4–5 times to distribute the gel evenly.

2️⃣ Freeze for 6–8 hours
Place it in the freezer overnight. Longer freezing is perfectly fine and won’t damage the pack.

3️⃣ Lightly defrost before use
Before inserting it into the fridge, warm the surface slightly by placing it in lukewarm water for 2–3 minutes or leaving it at room temperature for 10–15 minutes. This helps prevent frost from freezing your medication.

4️⃣ Load and go
Dry the cooling pack, insert it into the tube, load your medications, and close the fridge using either the standard lid or the smart display lid.
