How to Use Your Chiller Insulin Travel Bags

The Chiller Travel Bag for Insulin & Medications uses evaporative cooling technology to regulate temperature effectively.

The Chiller cooling bags consist of two parts:

  • The inner cooling wallet
  • The outer cover

Follow these simple steps to activate and use your cooling pouch:

1️⃣ Submerge the inner cooling wallet in cold water for 20–30 minutes to activate the crystals inside.

2️⃣ Gently massage the wallet to distribute the activated crystals evenly across all panels.

3️⃣ Towel dry the wallet and allow it to air dry for 5 minutes to remove excess water.

4️⃣ Insert the semi-dry wallet into the protective outer cover.

5️⃣ Pack your insulin pens, EpiPens, or other medications, and enjoy 45+ hours of stable cooling below 26C!

♻️ Reactivation for Continuous Cooling:

  • When the cooling effect starts to diminish (after approx. 45 hours), simply submerge the pouch in water again to reactivate.
  • For continuous use, reactivation only requires 2–4 minutes as the remaining gel retains some hydration.

Unopened insulin, however, must be kept refrigerated at a temperature of 2-8°C.
