Submerge the inner cooling wallet in cold water and leave to soak for 20–30 minutes. Gently manipulate the wallet to spread the crystals evenly across all panels. Pat dry with a towel, then leave to air dry for around 5 minutes so the crystals can soak up any remaining surface moisture.

Once semi-dry to the touch, pop the activated inner wallet back into its outer protective cover, add your medications, and you're good to go for up to 45 hours of temperature-controlled storage.
